The water taxi business has been operating for 40 years and has a well-established customer base, our local professional skippers have many years’ experience between them. We operate a purpose-built water taxi (boat) licensed to carry up to 12 passengers leaving Exmouth Docks (or marina as its now known) to and from moored boats within the lower Exe Estuary.

Additionally, Exeplorer Water Taxis are exclusively licensed to provide a ferry service between Exmouth and Dawlish Warren nature reserve & beach resort, situated just across the lower part of the Exe Estuary.

The River Exe is one of the UK's most beautiful rivers offering world-renowned bird watching (Ramsar Site) and marine life within its SSSI status.
